I originally found this recipe on the internet and felt it was something my wife would like ..... and of course I made some modification to suit our taste buds ! It's quickly become, not only one of my wife's " Favorite Meals ", but one of mine also ! ( however I like it with gravy ) We hope you'll try it and like it as much as we do .....

I use Purdue pre-marinated " Italian Chicken Breast " which are thin and individually pre-packaged when I can find them.
If I can't find Perdue pre-marinated chicken breasts I will normally buy " thin sliced chicken breasts " which are available at most grocery stores. Then I typically marinate the " thin sliced chicken breasts " over night in our Favorite Italian Dressing for marinating chicken ( which we also use use as a salad dressing ) which is: " Garlic Expressions " ( see photo below ) You can, of course, also use the chicken plain ...
Instead of regular Stove Top " Chicken Stuffing Mix " or can also try their " Savory Herbs Mix " or even their " Turkey Stuffing Mix ".
Velveeta " Mini-Blocks ". ( see photo below ) .
Velveeta individually wrapped " Mini-Blocks " are great to have around and they are " very versatile ". You can melt them in a microwave to pour over " Baked Potatos ", " Vegetables ", use as a " chip dip ", or even stuff them into the center of homemade " Meatballs ".We also buy and use the Velveeta individually wrapped " cheese slices " which make the best " Grilled Cheese Sandwiches " and you can even get the slices in regular or " Cheddar Cheese Flavor ".
If you spray your muffin pan ahead of time you won't need " cup cake papers " and they will come out really easy.
