Did you every have Banana or Lemon Fudge ?
( See Tips & Ideas below for more )
Ingredients:
Directions:
( see note below to make other flavors of fudge instead of just the " morsel flavors " normally available )
( Also see below Note )
( If you use " Non-Stick " Aluminum foil you won't need the above cooking spray )

- My " three favorite " morsals/chips/wafers that I use include Toll House, Reese's, and " Makenmold Candy Wafers ". The first two can be found at most grocery stores in the baking section. The " Makenmold Candy Wafers " can be found at most Hobby Lobbies " or you can order them online as well. Our favorite fudge, as of right now, are the " Makenmold Salted Carmel " flavor ..... ( photo shown below )
- " Reece's ", of course, only come in Peanut Butter flavor .....
- " Toll House " has multiple flavors such as: " Milk Chocolate, White Chocolate, Peanut Butter, Butterscotch, Pumpkin Spice, Winter Dark Chocolate & Mint, etc. ".
- " Makenmold Candy Wafers " come in other flavors such as: " Salted Carmel ( our favorite ), White Mint, Dark Mint, Chocolate Truffle, and Birthday Cake. They also have " muliple colors " of " Vanila Flavored Wafers " ..... ( photo shown below )
Instead of the normal " Flavored Morsels " or " Mixed Flavored Morsels " ( we like mixing peanut butter and milk chocolate together ) available you can also try finding the " White Chocolate Morsels " and then you can:
- Add about 1/2 teaspoon of whatever " flavored extract you want " ( see photo below ) before stirring in " step #3 " above ( did you ever have " Lemon, Orange, or Banana " flavored fudge ? ) .....
- Then after stirring give it a taste and if you want add some more of the flavored extract stirring again and tasting until you have your desired flavor.
- If your fudge is starting to firm up to much in the bowl just microwave another 30 or 45 seconds .....
- Then add about 6 drops of your desired food coloring / flavor .....
- Base the cooking time on your microwave's watt strength. Mine, used in the above recepie, is a 1100 watt model.
