( * ) - I use Purdue pre-marinated " Italian Chicken Breast " which are thin and individually pre-packaged.
If you don't have access to Perdue pre-marinated chicken breasts you can marinate regular " thin sliced " chicken breasts over night in your favorite Italian Dressing.( My Favorite Italian Dressing for marinating or as a salad dressing is " Garlic Expressions " ( see photo below ) .
( ** ) - Velveeta " Mini-Blocks ". ( see photo below ) .
Velveeta individually wrapped " Mini-Blocks " are great to have around and they are very versatile. You can melt them in a microwave to pour over " Baked Potatos ", " Vegetables ", use as a " chip dip ", or even stuff them into the center of " Meatballs ".And the great thing about any " Velveeta Cheese " products is that they are lower in " saturated fat " then other cheeses for those of use that need to avoid " saturated fat " for health reasons in our diet. You can even buy it " pre-sliced " for a great grilled cheese or to use on other sandwiches as well.
